Mkholwa Projects was founded and established in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province in 2014 as a trading and services company. The formation of the company was the result of the government initiative to bring the small unregistered enterprise into formal economy. It was established by a young black South African, aiming to contribute to the economy growth of the country by empowering the youth, woman and people who are semi-skilled especially unemployed people in South Africa.

The goal of Mkholwa Projects is the operation of a commercial construction company with different types of buildings, real estate development and several services and similar customer individual offers. The focus of this business will be on the development segment for national and international companies with the aim to ensure that the quality and products/service are delivered in time and within budget to our clients.
