I am a property investor who rent-out these properties, so these projects are projects on my properties as can be seen in the pictures.

I guarantee to fix in 3 months any defective work or the work quality that the client may not be happy with and is a direct result of the work/project I was hired to do. A defect claim will fall away after 3 months.
