I needed a parcel delivered to Kimberly by Friday, and stated that on my request. I received an email from Temisa at Holy Couriers , got a quote and accepted the offer. She calls back and requested immediate payment as the courier is in the area but can only pickup the parcel once payment is made. Payment gets done while she is on the phone with me and all seems good. Less than 10 minutes later she calls to say courier already left the area and will collect Friday morning. I ask about delivery and she guarantee delivery by Saturday . Come Saturday the parcel is sitting in Johannesburg , I manage to get hold of Temisa and she has the audacity to tell me i don't know how "overnight" works. If i don't know how it works why accept my money and assure my the parcel will get there on time.i called 3 other companies who said they could not do it on time .Holy quoted me R948. which I paid as they could deliver on time. they are dishonest and deceiving.

Kindly note below client expressed their view which is acceptable. It is however not factual. Note below:They booked the shipment late on Thursday after cut off time and were advised that the next day, Friday was the next possible pick up. On Friday our courier picked up as promised. This shipment was on overnight service. In the courier industry “overnight” excludes weekends and public holidays.We note that the client has frustration that they, themselves, short-changed their client who had a weeding on a Sunday. Should they have been organized and booked the shipment on Wednesday or Thursday morning they couldn’t have this kind of anger review. Out of our clients both on Snupit or elsewhere, we wonder why they are the only client complaining.This review to us remains an anger issue rather than our performance.*We cannot allow clients who do not run their business on proper planning to expect us to do the unimaginable. We have it on good authority that they had tried other companies and only to hide on flimsy argument that we could not deliver on time.
