i have visited your rooms on a few occasions and been satisfied However i recently had a mishap with bad blow to my head and after visiting a ENT doctor found that i had dislocated the crystals in my inner ear drums and thats why I was suffering from severe dizzy spells The doctor had my hearing checked and my hearing aids needed re setting I was very disappointed that you apparently dont share your electronic program for resetting the aids on the lap tops with other audio odiologists as most other company do . I find that very disappointing because what if your clients need resetting etc whilst away on holiday with no kind hearing agent nearby Please advise Carel Stevens - stevenscarel@gmail.com
