Please stay away as soon as you pay they will disappear and not pick up a call from you do not fall for these people
Alta came to repair my pool pump on Tuesday. And she was suppose to come back the next day to finish her job. I've been calling her since and she is not taking my calls. Yet I paid her the full amount of the job she invoiced. I am not happy with her services. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Such poor work customer service. I regret paying her in full without completing her job. Tamara
Mavis came to quote us on Webnesday 16th Dec to repair my pump and clean the pool, he told us he would send a quote before he came out on Saturday to do the work, we never received the quote and he was a no-show on Saturday. How disappointing, we shall be using the services of a more reliable pool company going forward!
Hi,My pool was not working and Alta came to change the Pump.She successfully did so and the past week the pool stopped working.I called her to let her know of the situation and she said she would come look at it and she never came.She is not taking my calls nor responding to my messages.That is a bad customer service to offer to your customers.I am highly disappointed and i am of the view that she probably cheated me and didn't diagnose a real problem.Because why else would she being ignoring me?I am not happy at all.I paid you guys a lot of money.
