SERVICES
• Hydro Geological Investigation or Survey: is the process of investigating suitable site for drilling of borehole by identifying various aquifers (Water Bearing Rocks) capable of yielding substantial quantity of groundwater using geophysical techniques.
• Borehole Drilling & Construction: is the process by the selected point is drilled to the required depth as indicated by the geophysical investigation. After, the drilled hole would be lined with protective casing and other constructional materials
- Development is carried out on the hole to flush out drilled cuttings
- Pumping test is carried out on the hole to determine the aquifer characteristics which include sustainable yield of the borehole and the depth of the pump installation.
• Supply And Installation of Submersible/ Hand Pump: after a successful drilling and construction, and development of the borehole, the appropriate submersible pump and accessories are acquired and installed on the borehole.
• Pipe and cables are connected from the pump in the hole to an overhead storage tank where the ground water will be used as flow by gravity to the points of use. This phase also involves some plumbing works to connect pipes to the storage tank.
• Water Treatment: After pumping test the sample of water is sent to the laboratory for various test to identify levels of the chemical component. With the outcome of the result, then recommendation will be giving as to what type of treatment to be carried out. It might be salt, iron, PH, etc.
• Rehabilitation of Existing Boreholes: is the process of accessing existing boreholes to investigate the course of problems associated with it and the way forward to solve the problem or recommend alternative to supplement the water supply.
