Owen verbally quoted one price on site, but then sent a quote with a different price. We arranged a day and time to repair my damaged clearview fence and gate, but I had to phone to ask where they were on the day. They eventually arrived nearly 4hrs late, & without the materials necessary to do the repair ... then lied about where the materials were, & refused to leave when I told them I was going to get someone else to do the job. Don't recommend them at all.

Good day, but this was not the arrangement
The home owner had suggested to supply own materials since it was a specific fence and he said he will be getting at builders warehouse, the customer had already had then requested our office to then supply the materials that is when the quote had to change, the driver, had to go all the way to four ways to find the panels that is when the customer became furious and requested installers to go away from his house since the materials were not arriving, we even called the supplier a few minutes after the installers had left that the driver had arrived and he refused to open saying he has a cheaper quote

I hired Total Fencing solutions to install Clearview fence and install gate motor. They did not complete the job even though I fully paid Onward. The fence was not painted and they installed an old gate motor that did not have a lock. They promised to come and complete the job the flowing day but never pitched up. I had to find another contractor to fix the gate that was too narrow and replace the motor cover that was torn. I demanded a refund from Onward but he referred me to this installers who were working at my place. He refused to pay me back. The fence is still not painted as I have to hire someone

This was on lockdown and we had not yet had a permit to do the job we had to get Reward from Gate fix to the job since we were not operational by then.
However the money was released to pay gate fix once the customer had confirmed the gate was done and she was happy, days later she complained, she requested half of the full amount as a refund in which we still making arrangements to refund
