This guy is an absolutely disgrace to the community. I paid him he messed up the solar installation. Promised to pay me back. Paid back only 4500 after he was supposed to pay 18600. He even ran away with the inverter which was fully paid. It cost me another 29000 to get it fixed. If you know where i can find Mr DG O' Kelley please contact me The courts are looking for him.
