When you take up counselling with me, I help you identify, understand and overcome the underlying causes. Once we have worked through these underlying causes, we can work on new coping mechanisms that will result in better decision-making, lower stress levels, more positive relationships and and over all positive outlook on life.

I graduated from University of Johannesburg in 2016 with a BA Psychology. i then went on to do a short course with Helios training and counseling center in 2018 and established my practice 2 months later. I am trained to work with adults, children and teenagers struggling with things like behavior and motivation, trauma, loss, aggression, emotional eating and so much more.
