Poor workmanship and bad service, ACE never properly commissioned the system. Hard drive was faulty during the initial setup after multiple calls and requests for ACE to replace the Hard drive, no one pitched even after ACE confirmed on 3 separate dates that they will come through. I eventually told them to shove the hard drive.
I can assume we will have the same problem once I call them for a warranty related issue.

I have had few installations done over the years and no firm comes remotely close to the service received by All Clear TV & Satellite. A big thanks for fixing my network cable to the skirting, it’s good to know there is still a firm out there that still goes the extra mile for their clients. You guys are my go-to for all Dstv and audio requirements going forward. 5*

Definitely the worst experience and the worst and unprofessional service I have ever received from a service provider. I would definitely not recommend All Clear TV & Satellite.

Firstly you know that none of this is true and you know what our company did to meet all your high demandsWe offered the customer service even after hours but everytime we go there this lady is intoxicated.We went there numerous times and once spent time at her house addressing issues that she has and keeps plugging out the wires & then expects us to drive to her house at night without any costs.She hasnt paid us for our services but yet she complains?Someone at her house broke a HDMI splitter and fixed it with some kind of gum but now she claims it is us?Read other reviews about our dynamic company and you will realise that we do honest & professional service for over 8 years.I would also like to warn other service providers about this woman, she lets you work but refuses to pay for services rendered.

Christo was very helpful & friendly and what I found amazing is the fact that the owners of All Clear Tv & Satellite Brits North West not only cares for their customers by offering excellent after sales service but they also belong to various charities where they donate & support the community!
