A truly creative person Nathan Elston started dabbling in graphics as a teenager when he provided the artwork and illustrations for his father’s best selling book “Build Your Own Kitchen Cupboards”. Realising that this was the career path for him, Nathan pursued art and design at the Durban University of Technology, where he graduated as a top student.
While working for different companies within the marketing and media sector in Durban, Nathan has explored all avenues of graphic design, from business card and logo designs to designing wallpaper and wallpaper murals. He has worked in media and advertising and was responsible for designing advertisement for top brands within the Woolworths and Unilever group of companies.
For Impro, an access control company in Durban, he rebranded the entire company, a process that incorporated all aspects of marketing including 3-D animation and interactive presentations. Always seeking new challenges, Nathan also has experience in designing packaging materials for beauty products and has dabbled in product photography.
Now based in his home town of Ladysmith, Nathan and his brother Adrian own and run Webxsite, a design and IT solution studio. With years of experience working in the advertising, media and marketing sectors, Nathan is able to quickly grasp and understand his client’s marketing needs and translate those needs into tangible marketing solutions.
