I am a counselling psychologist with a passion for assisting and supporting individuals and couples through difficult times. My focus is on helping people face their everyday challenges.

I believe we all sometimes just need a place to share our troubles, in order for us to find and explore alternative strategies to deal with them. Looking at the same problem a different way, might just open up a whole new perspective.

Counselling psychologists pay particular attention to emotional, social, developmental, educational, vocational, health-related and organisational challenges/concerns.
