Georgie is a wonderful small business. He treated the house a while back, and gave us a guarantee of three months, provided the rains don't wash the chemicals away withing the first few hours of treatment. Even though there were terrible downpours, shortly after the application, the treatment worked for around two and a half months. I called Georgie and asked him to come and have a look, and he said that because it was within three months that he is re-visiting, he will not charge. He even sprayed a less toxic chemical around the house, as we have a little toddler that like picking things up from the floor and putting them in her mouth. I am going to be calling on him every 3 months to treat the house.
