Hillston Farm is an AA Highly Recommended Karoo Farm Stay providing accommodation in a quaint ironstone cottage, built in the late 1800's or in our remote country house. Meals are served in the farmhouse dining room or al fresco in the expansive garden. You can also do your own cooking in your fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a braai in the lapa or outside.

Hillston also offers catering for weddings, conferences, special events and tour groups. The kitchen caters for up to 120 people. Contact us for rates and menus.

You can also take home some Karoo cooking secrets: we offer hands on Karoo cooking classes or demonstrations by our very own Cordon Bleu trained chef.
