For the past year, we are really struggling with neocomms. The phone line is 80% of the time not working. When you phone in to report, it is always a problem. Technicians will come out, and as soon as they leave the line is down again. One technician say it is the rooter, one say it is the simcard, or the weather (as we did not had bad weather reasently) We report on monday that the lines is down, till today (Thursday) no assistance. When we phone Kobus today, he was actually very rude over the telephone, and said he will sent out technician tomorrow morning. For one week we are without telephone's, how do you run a business without telephone's. We are in the processes in canceling our service with neocoms, but because we signed contract with CentraFin for the equipment, it is not so easy. We first have to cancel contract with CentraFin, which have a legal implication. Why why why is necomms service so pathetic, and seems that you do not care to loose customers.
