We work within strict guidelines of the law, our sole purpose is to assist those that have been victims of online scams and crime to achieve lawful justice. We assist individuals and businesses in obtaining the identity and contact information of those that have scammed or defrauded them by means of misrepresentation or other criminal activity. The final report of any investigation is written in a manner that will assist the SAPS with enough information to allow the investigating officer to achieve maximum results with as little as possible effort. Under no circumstance do we suggest to anyone to act outside of the law or to obtain what is called vigilante justice. We always recommend following the process of opening a case at the SAPS and allowing the course of the law to bring those who have broken the law to justice in the correct and lawful manner. We do not provide security or policing services, We only track & trace and gather information to assist the proper authorities in their fight against crime.

All communication and information exchanged between ourselves and our clients are strictly confidential and are not to be shared with any third parties without our written consent. We also strongly urge our clients to always comply with the POPIA act and all government laws when deciding what to do with the information they receive from us regarding a case. We reserve the right to withdraw ourselves from any case should the above terms be breached by the client and/or should we suspect that our client is planning to break the law themselves to achieve justice.
