My gripe is with your return policy and inefficiency of your staff member, Anil, at 61 Umhlanga Rocks Dr. Durban. I queried about returning a mixer I bought. Was told " no problem" as long as it is intact. When I got there having travelled 30kms was told that I had to fill a form that required my banking details. As I did not have same on me I decided that I would do this on another day. Today having travelled 30kms again with the paperwork I was told to submit "proof of banking" . This ,in my opinion and experience does not fall in line of the consumer protection act and snacks of inexperienced or non dedicated staff. I've been a customer of your Riverside branch since the 90s and must say that this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's hard to believe that one has to go to these lengths to return an item. Have decided not to return the mixer and never again to shop at Plumblink.

Useless service always. Takes forever just to print an invoice. Expect a half hour to full hour wait.
