I placed an order Anusha Kissoon on the 29/11 and was told by her that I can collect my Sharp toner today at their store since it will be ready at 12 midday. After numerous emails from yesterday going back and forth without her replying to none of it except this morning when I confirmed time to collect since I have a client who stays in Harrismith and is collecting today she tells me my order will only be ready at 4 this afternoon.I told her that wasn't what she told me yesterday and she have the audacity to ask me if she put it on email not knowing all of our calls are recorded. When I asked to speak to management none were available. My question here is if this is the type of business they conduct here
