She took her time to explain possible causes and examined me, gave me some exercises, pain reduced significantly after a few practices of the exercises. Follow up appointment included useful massage of affected area. Happy patient

My sessions with Lerato where very insightful as well as relieving, she ensured that I completely understand what the issue is and provided me with exercises that helped me with my piriformis syndrome.

Wow we're do I even start. Lerato is best therapist, very friendly, welcoming, patient, caring and very professional. She is by far one of the best. She offers excellent service and counseling ( she is a good listener, motivator and very supportive ).
