We're a tiny business, just two or three of us, and everyone had their own separate logins for everything — email, files, all of it. Worked fine until someone left the company and we realised his passwords and backups basically walked out the door with him. Not fun.

I reached out to Digital Vine, and Fred recommended we move over to Google Workspace so everything's actually centralised instead of scattered across everyone's personal accounts. They handled the whole switch for us — took a few days, not bad at all — and I barely had to do anything. Fred also walked me through how it all worked so I wasn't just left staring at a new system with no idea what I was doing.

As a bonus, they set us up with Google Analytics too, so now we can actually see how many people are checking out our website, which we had zero visibility into before.

It's quite a relief knowing we won't lose everything again if someone leaves. Would recommend these guys to any small business in the same boat.
