In calling in find the switchboard lady to be less than helpful, when I tried to get her name she put the phone down.... lovely!! I am battling to actually get through now again, got through to head office and then line went dead. Very frustrated!!!

I could say many wonderful things about Mr Price, but many of my greatest experiences has been due to their online store. What I often get most annoyed with is their extremely long queues that they are yet to manage by changing store locations within Canal Walk and creating another Pay till area. I have been in to the store on numerous occasions, to find that the 2nd pay counter which had been built not in use. Whilst their are long queues in the main area. Lastly, the store is very messy and I know that this easily happens at the hands of their customers, however, it cannot remain in that state in the morning as well as evenings.
Please guys, I love the options that Mr Price displays online and the efficiency. Create that in your store and I am sure you will have happy customers all round.

Always loved this store, way before the revamp,the revamp looks like a high end store and i love it,always happy with my buys,quick q's and friendly staff!

I totally love the new look of the Canal Walk branch. I used to hate shopping at this branch but not its a breeze. Stock is amazing and whatever I don't find in store I find online. I think the revamp has upped the staff's mood because the service is so much better than before. Lets hope they keep it up.

They store always has stock, the store isn't always stocked to the best of their ability, because customers remove items from one shelf and put it into other departments and their fitting rooms aren't always clean but they attempt their best! they could do better but a good job thus far!
