Don't get caught by a hidden 5% handling fee on returns. "Company Policy" no where to be seen in the sales process. The goods never even left their store.

Very bad experience. We bought a drawer online. I asked them to send assembled but they didn’t accept. When the drawer arrived, it was really in 1000 pieces!! and we really needed a carpenter to assemble for us, there was no was that we could assemble by ourselves. The material also is not in good quality.

Their after service and customer services are terrible. The level of unprofessionalism is frustrating. Poor response even from Management.

We purchased a lamp on sale that was "shop soiled" and paid for delivery with other items. Date purchased: 15/05/2019.Decofurn phoned on the day of delivery saying that there was no lamp in stock and said that it was sold to another customer.We went to the store a few days later to clarify.The manager told us that they will source another item and will confirm with her superiors to get the lamp at the same price. She said the shipment of lamps will arrive on 28/05/2019, and she will hold one of them back for us and call when it is ready. We drove out to their warehouse again. She said that head office confirmed that there are some of the same lamps at other stores that we can have for the same price and she promised again to phone and finalise a few days later.She made empty promises again to say that she will speak to her manager and phone me back on 11/06/2019.I sent an email to their email address, and 10 days have passed without responses.Decofurn’s service is an absolute joke.

4 Years back me and my boyfriend bought double bed and corner couch with R3800, I know that sounds so good to be true. 2 years back we got married we needed to upgrade our furniture and recently we visited the store and guess what the prices of the items we bought 4 years ago are still the same, great furniture for less price :)
