Chip Base is a such worst company that never keeps their words in realise. They don't respect the customers and cheating by giving false quotes/invoice. When the sales guy (Shannon) saw/compared competitor's quote, he took the copy and discussed with management and came down and said he will reduce R.1000/- (orally agreed) from the invoiced amount (at the time of final payment) and asked me to pay 50% now, 50% next week. Even I asked him to reduce R.1000/- from the already printed invoice, he said "don't worry, I will reduce it when you pay the final balance amount next week*. I simply trusted him (as he was talking very sweetly like a sword with Honey) and I paid over 50% then and agreed to pay balance next week.
