They say they going to charge you a minimum amount at the time of towing but when you going to pay they charge you storage of r250 a day which they feel no need to inform their customers about if you do not decide to do the repairs with them which they charge ridiculously high amounts that no normal person can afford.BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LOOKING TO CATCH YOU FINANCIALLY ANY WHICH WAY THEY CAN. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING THEIR CHECK SHEET THEY SNEAKY WITH THEIR DRIVER PUTTING "STRIP AND FIX" ON IT AND THEY HOLD THIS TO YOU THEY ACTUALLY HOLD YOU RANSOM WITHOUT PAYING THEY WONT RELEASE YOUR CAR. I WAS PUT IN A SITUATION WHERE EITHER WE PAY R17000 FOR REPAIRS THAT WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE MORE THAN 5000 OR PAY R7500 JUST TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE. MOUNT WEST TOWING PLEASE FEAR GOD WHEN YOU DOING THIS TO HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY AND HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DEAL WITH YOURLL.
I would never use these people for anything. If you read hello peter you will see what they have done to a customer and I wonder how many more have not complained and just given up. My sons car also overheated and they supposedly fixed the cylinder head....we paid R10 000 rand and the car was given back but overheated again. Despite promise after promise that we would have the car back it has been now nearly 2 and half months and no car. Diane promises and says tomorrow and tomorrow has still not come. Her husband doesn't even make an attempt to return calls. They have come with every excuse imaginable.All we want is the car back fixed and what we paid for.........
