Swans Home Nursing turns 10 years old in 2019. From the start we have set out, not to be the biggest, but to be the best in what we do, in our area - Providing quality Care in the comfort of your own home. We are a Registered Company with a Medical Practice number, which means in many instances you can claim back from your Medical Aid Fund.

Different Care packages are available on the completion of a patient assessment. We also rent equipment such as wheelchairs and hospital beds. We operate in the Southern Cape area: Dana Bay, Mossel Bay, Hartenbos, Little Brak river, Great Brak river.

All our Trained Staff members are hand picked and are committed to your well-being. Our Founder, Sister Lynette is a qualified Registered Nurse with 30 years experience.
