I took my phone to Vodacom in George already more than a month ago. When I handed it in I was told it will take only a week. I was not even given a job number. That next week I kept on phoning them for a job number but still they didn't give any. There excuse was that their system was off line. The next week I travelled to their shop, 150km from me and took the phone back. I found a very good cellphone repair shop in Mosselbay much closer to me. They have ordered the screen and I will get it back next week.
