Their service is extremely poor. The internet never works and it has been without internet for weeks now. When you call they just never come back. Would not recommend their service.

My Company has been with Bridgenet since they started operating and we have had just pleasure from this relationship. We have even appointed them to do our Internet at Sunset Creek game lodge and have had good service from them always. Even lately while the storms have caused havoc all around Nelspruit, we have had good service at all times. The technicians are always available and they are out there working in the rain and dark. I want to thank them for all their effort and may they grow from strength to strength.

Almost a year with Bridgenet with endless hassles and frustrations. Every week the same issues and endless excuses from them. I posted last week a review and the next morning they are at my front door with a peace offering of a new antenna. I told them there must be something else wrong but they insist it's the issue. Not even a week later and same issues. No wifi again for the whole day!! Support team said they confused to why I don't have wifi. I wish I did my homework before singing up with them. I would not recommend them at all. Many bad reviews on them. Quick to sign you up and get monthly installments, don't fall for this. Very unreliable.

I have signed up for fibre with them and was connected on 02 October 2020. Then my problems started. I am running on average at 30% of the fibre speeds of the contract and there are times when I do not have Internet. Complaints to their service department goes unresolved and a service call logged to rectify the speeds delivered vs contractual obligations have gone unattended for over a week now. Whatsapp messages requiring assistance goes unanswered even to the wife of the owner who referred me the the technical department. When asked who I then complain to if technical does nothing, I receive no response or answer. I then send an e-mail to the owner and has not received a response at time of this rating. They almost never return calls. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. Poor service.

Our Airbnb hosts make use of their internet service, and I find it etremely erratic. Today, it has virtually been unusable. Our hosts also informed us that they constantly have to phone regarding connection speeds and problems. Yesterday morning we connected @ 3.8mbps down and 1mbps up. Two hours later is was sitting at .58mbps down and .2 up. As I am writing this (16h42), we are stiing at .37 and .07. Not even Telkom is this bad! Ridiculous!

Good day. We have received your review & looked at the information. Your host purchased their own Wi-Fi equipment/ range extenders. These were not supplied nor installed by us. Your devices have weak connections to the internal Wi-Fi AP's. This results in high latency from your device to the Wi-Fi AP's with pings in excess of 350ms. Furthermore the clients internet connection is almost constantly running at maximum capacity. You are sharing their service, and they have no Wi-Fi device management or queuing system in place. You are only receiving what is the remaining bandwidth available at the time of testing. This is simple math. The client has an 8Mbps services & they're utilizing 8Mbps, effectively there is no available bandwidth for your speed-test to run, & hence your erratic & poor results. While we endeavor to assist our clients in making sure their services are functioning optimally at all times, we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for a Wi-Fi setup that was not installed or managed by us.
