Do you provide any guarantee of your workmanship and/or services. If yes, please share the details here.The standard Ricoh Factory Warranty covers any factory defects and the replacement of those items without charge. All other wear and tear are covered by the Maintenance Agreement. No ‘non-wear and tear’ item (e.g. doors, covers, platen glass etc.) will be covered by either the factory warranty or the service agreements as the failure of these items would usually result from misuse or negligence.
