Well I am sitting at Mugg & Bean, Newcastle Mall right. It is the 06th October 2017, Friday. I have been here since 15:55. It is now 17:00; I have not been attended to at all. The lady at the entrance merely sat me down at the table. And that was the end of the story. I was going to ask who the manager is but since I am now very angry, it wont be of much use since he/she would have checked that for more than an hour not single one of his Waiters has attended to me. Absolutely disgusting!
