We purchased a laptop from SPL in November 2019, it arrived and was faulty. It was sent back 4 days later. A replacement was received 16 days later. Since then the charger has died, the hard drive has died, the battery is faulty and the cmos no longer holds a date and time. It was returned to SPL again on the 18 Sept 2020. To date we have not received a progress report. The warranty department is useless, your call is transferred from person to person, no one can give you a reliable update on what is happening. Sandra promises to get back to you but never does.
