I offer individual counselling for adults and adolescents, including but not limited to trauma counselling, bereavement, personal development, self-esteem, resilience and stress management. I also have experience in working with children, including knowledge about childhood development and parent guidance. I guide parents, for example, on discipline, tantrum/anger management, parenting styles and how to improve their child’s concentration and self-esteem. Services also include:
