I assisted my daughter in finding professional deep cleaning services. We were extremely blown away after she moved into an apartment that was "cleansed neglected" and Olivia and her team waved their magic over the apartment. Its is not perfect because the apartment is 10 years old so yes there is depreciation in the property itself.
