This is the most unprofessional beauty clinic ever. I was rescheduled thrice, the day of my appointment the lady who was supposed to do my lashes, didn't have stock of what she had to use. She went out to go get stock and never got back to me for the entire day. Since 12:30 - 22:44. Her phone was switched off all day and when she eventually returned my messages, not one explanation. I regret wasting my time in actually rescheduling and thinking they'd show up. A friend of mine had to have her nails done, she makes her drive all the way to the salon, just to tell her she's not feeling well. But cannot let her client's know before hand. She also take the money or paid vouchers in advance and then does this to clients. How on earth do they think their businesses must prosper? Such a disgrace!
absolutely unprofessional. Customer service is terrible and once they have your money forget about getting appointments.
