Beverley and Mandy are a dynamic team, each with their own set of skills, together they are, in my opinion, dynamite at brainstorming, sourcing, creating, designing, organizing and running any event imaginable. I needed help with my son's "Construction/Demolition" party, they pretty much took care of everything and more. From sourcing awesome cheap party favours from their long list of suppliers, to building a wrecking ball piñata, setting up obstacle courses and games, to assisting with the "dig in" food station, organizing the helium balloons and the favourite of the day... face paint. The party was epic.. "Pinterest-able"... Bev and Mandy take charge and things run smoothly so that we as parents, could sit back and enjoy the day with our son and his friends. The effort these women go to is above and beyond. I could not recommend anyone better. Thank you Rapid Events! You have made my life a whole bunch easier!

Rapid Events organized four yearend events and an office party for our company over the past few years. The service was excellent, awesome creative ideas, décor and personal touches to make each event our own. I have also attended and wedding and show organized by Rapid Events which was just as fabulous and fun. I would definitely recommend them for any event, big or small, personal or corporate. Not only have I had the privilege of attending the many amazing functions, concerts and golf days hosted by Rapid Events, but I have also had Rapid Events deliver an excellent level of service with my own events, from setting up decor for my functions, arranging night golf events and arranging unforgettable entertainment. This company is gifted in their ability to amaze. We are a lifestyle emporium in Parys, housing a variety of shops. We wanted to branch out in using the space around the large indoor fountain by having a function. Rapid events organized an Italian style feast on Valentine's Day. Our biggest clients were invited, and the whole area was decorated to play on the illusion of dining in Italy. It was a big success, our clients loved the food, the music, the decor and the opportunity to browse around the emporium, as if to be shopping in Milan, afterwards. A very well organized event.
