  • How many sessions does a person need with a psychologist?

    Every person has a different journey through therapy. It depends on why they are seeing a psychologist and what they are hoping to get out of the sessions. Sometimes seeing a psychologist becomes a permanent part of someone’s life or they only need a session or two.

  • What should I expect from my first session?

    Contrastingly, psychiatrists have completed a medical degree and further training related to the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness.
