Upon clients request we hand over matters for legal processing on the same basis unless the matter becomes defended. It is then moved to the attorney and client fee scale as set out by the Magistrate's court tariff. Due to us providing all sectors and types of businesses, we have the added advantage of being able to handle all types of collections and we have better experience at handling query accounts. We have two online trace systems which allows us to work matters within 48 hours of it being traced and also our chances of getting more information on the debtor is increased as each system has different criteria that we can work on.
