Very unprofessional. No customer satisfaction. Devan was abrupt and rude. Bought my house completely infested with carpenter ants. They issued the certificate based on a lie because they knew the seller. Please don't trust them. Rather go with a more reputable company in Pmb. They are avoiding me. Defensive!!!
