With years of experience in facilitating business skills training, midlands computer training has developed a training model of proven efficiency and effectiveness.
Class Sizes
Our classes are limited to a maximum of 12 learners to ensure that all our client learners receive personal attention and individual support. All learners benefit from our up to date hardware and software on our desktop computers making the learning experience a pleasant one.
Environment
Each learner in our training facility has their own PC with printing facilities. Our training facility is equipped with Data projector, screen, flip boards, 17” LCD screens and up to date computers. The facility is air conditioned with good ventilation and lighting. Our premises is a 24hour security controlled environment with ample safe parking.
Course Material
We provide comprehensive, easy to use course documentation, including instruction notes and exercises focused on the course material to encourage both theoretical and practical learning. All learners receive free typing tutor software should they require typing skills.
Qualified Facilitators
Our facilitators are fully qualified and highly experienced, with the ability to adapt and relate to the requirements of our clients and learners. Each facilitator holds relevant certifications in his/her area of expertise.
Performance Analysis
A performance analysis on each learner is submitted to the client, in order to facilitate work output planning.
Quality Assessment
Each learner completes a course evaluation form to enable us to ensure that the quality of our training, and our overall service, is maintained at all times.
Support
Midlands Computer Training provides free telephonic assistance to all learners, specific to the courses attended. Additional on-site support is available if required, at an hourly rate.
Retake Policy
As a training provider committed to service excellence, we believe that if you did not leave our training room competent, you shouldn’t be charged to retry. Therefore, all learners may retake a course within 3 months at no extra charge. T&C’s apply.
