RG Electrical refused to give a quote unless I confirmed that I had given them the job. The electrician who was paid a R450 call out fee claimed to have lowered the geyser temperature. The following day the tap and water were scorching hot. A family member struggled to get the geyser cover off only to discover that the geyser was in fact raised to its maximum of 70 degrees!!! Sabotage or not? They were contacted and predictably denied having done so. They do not offer a free quote and are dishonest and mistrustful. I for one will not recommend RG Electrical to anyone.
