The service I have received from KDM has been appalling. I had requested them to do my wooden floors. I requested them to supply all of the materials. I then asked Kerinda to send me pictures of work they had done before. She sent me pictures that she had downloaded from the internet.

I asked them to measure the floor before they started working; they said the tape measure, had left with the van and that they will measure when the van comes back. The floor has still not been measured! When I raised this issue with Kerinda she accused me of waiting for "her boys to finish working and then telling them to measure the room". Furthermore she said it's "not her problem that the floor is not dry".

In short, the standard of work is terrible, my floor is still not dry after four days of it being varnished. To top it all off, the floor is not smooth and shiny.

If you want to waste your time and money use KDM Home at your own risk.
