M and M Group Holdings is a private company established in 2015. We are an SMME , Small Micro Enterprise. A 100% black youth owned company with a BBBEE level 1 contribution.
Some of our services include residential/ commercial building maintenance, and renovations, Garden maintenance and landscaping. Our business activities are not restricted. We also provide Business consulting services, Supply and delivery of all essentials goods within the public and private sector, and we offer you residential and commercial Cleaning solutions.
A total of 14 skilled employees including artisans, 3 which are supervisors 3 are in senior management and 8 skilled junior staff. All our employees are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. We would like to expand our operations to uplift and to hire more individuals which in turn leads to Job creation.
M and M group holdings believe in product and service excellence, to keep up to this word, we believe in on time delivery We only source high quality materials for, our maintenance and renovation work and all works carried out go through quality inspections to ensure that the end product is of excellence, Our employees frequently undergo onsite training and mentorship, On our supply and delivery sector we procure locally manufactured high quality goods, We support local. We have a team of dedicated cleaning staff who have been trained to carry out cleaning duties for residential and commercial clients.
M and M Group holdings owns most equipment related to the scope of our work. We hire out additional equipment as and when needed.
