At Dance Movement Inc. we aim to encourage an active lifestyle for children of all ages while allowing them the opportunity to be children in a fun, active and healthy manner. Through learning the art of dance and movement they will learn how to maintain their natural creativity and active imagination while improving their spatial awareness.

Dance Movement Inc’s curriculum is dynamic and introduces young children from Grade RRR-Grade 7 to around seven genres of dance, Pilates exercise and even Latin American basics and Cheerleading.

Our program been developed specifically for this age group and is thus age appropriate and under the SADTA banner is of an incredibly high standard. The dancers are exposed to proprioception skills and various other activities that enhance the sensory, vestibular and muscular systems at a steady and controlled pace.
