Whenever im in this store (which is every month) service is very poor. The cashiers are always unenthusiastic when you get to the till, many many times having their own conversations between each other in zulu while cashing. Many times i got the impression that your cashiers were annoyed with me for coming to pay at the till and disturbing them. Its very difficult to get anything close to a smile out of these ladies. Management your staff are in need of urgent customer care training, which is actually a shame cos your clothing is really value for money.
