On the 1
st May 1999 Hannes and Pieter Jordaan teamed their knowledge and expertise, to
establish Himax Security.
The first contract awarded to Himax was a two (2) day, two (2) night complement in the
Johannesburg region. Through determination and passion the business grew from strength to
strength. During 2003 Himax was approached by one of our corporate clients to establish
branches in other regions to provide them with a National Security Solution.
From operating only in Gauteng, Himax now has a National Presence with branched in Gauteng
/ Johannesburg, Free State / Harrismith. North West /Rustenburg, Kwa Zulu Natal / Durban
and Western Cape / Cape Town.
