I was in urgent need of an auto-electrician at one of the worst times of the year (long weekend during the December holidays) with a vehicle that was completely immobilised. Still, Rodney contacted me on the 16th and paid me a visit the same day for a diagnosis, with the car running again 2 days later after sourcing a replacement coil. I was impressed by Rodney's service and rates. I've got his details saved for any future needs and will happily recommend him to anyone requiring a competent auto-electrician prepared to go the extra mile.

Rodney provided a professional service. He explained to me the problem in terms I could understand and follow. Moreover, he had a very pleasant manner. He recognised that it wasn't a mechanical fault but a defect of 3 cylinder engines. He assured me my car was mechanical fit. He advised me to expect a slight "misfire" when the AC was on while driving as it was normal for these types of engine. Rodney knows his cars!

I required a quotation in order to understand what my accident repair cost will be and I was very lucky to have Rodney from Vag Diagnostics number on my phone, I sent a RFQ at 14h02 and had a written quote sent to me by 14h22. This is the highest level of service I have received and there was no concern that this quote will be compared. Rodney is very efficient, reliable and honest. Rodney installed a newer spec dash and cluster into my car which many other reputable places were not up for the task. He done a full background investigation before changing the cluster over to the new one. When I arrived on the day ,he had the necessary wiring diagrams and all the modern equipment for the installation . The cluster is now complete and everything is functioning perfectly. Rodney also done a full service on my clutch and replaced all my bushers and the clutch feels brand new. When I shift gears now, it's with ease and smooth. Rodney follows up on his clients and ensures you are fully satisified. I will highly recommend him any day!!!
