ERGOFLEX IGS is a Level 1 BBBEE, black woman owned business, specialising in the supply, manufacture and marketing of proven industrial cleaners, lubricants, oil/grease spillage absorbents and coolants.
What makes Ergoflex different is that we have not only focussed on the cost-effective supply of the best products and services , but we have also engaged the best technical expertise available to ensure that our solutions are truly effective for our clients. We place great emphasis on understanding our clients’ applications and specifying the most appropriate and effective solution for that application. This not only reduces waste from incorrect product use, but also ensures maximum product effectiveness.
Our product range grows continuously, and we are happy to work with our clients to identify and supply custom solutions to challenging problems. Our current range includes: -
Industrial cleaners and degreasers. We have a range of proven industrial cleaners and cleaning materials including a unique, highly effective Bio Degradable cleaner with proven cleaning power. You name the cleaning challenge and we will supply the effective solution for you.
Lubricants. Our oils and greases are tested to the highest specifications and comply with all necessary API specifications and TDS’s, as well as OEM specifications. Use of the correct lubricant has a major impact on the longevity and reliability of your equipment and we are happy to work with you to ensure the correct lubricant is deployed. You name the lubrication challenge and we will supply the effective solution for you.
Absorbents and spillage solutions. We have developed a synthetic, highly effective, non-peat-based solution for oil and grease spillages. Our super absorbent synthetic material is packaged in various formats – mats, pillows, booms. You name the spillage challenge and we will supply the effective solution for you.
Coolants. It is estimated that between 40 and 60 per cent of today’s diesel engine failures are related to cooling system performance. Most cooling system problems and subsequent failures occur due to incorrect usage and maintenance practices.
