I just want to take a moment to rate the excellent customer service I received from Alcell, My Daughter's matric farewell is in four days, I could not find DVD rw discs for my camcorder anywhere , search online and saw that Alcell stocks it , with the company being in Polokwane and me in the North West I was stressed that it would not reach me in time, I ordered Thursday and phoned Alcell , I was assisted by Rumana ,I explained my situation to her and she said she will see what she can do to speed up the delivery process , Wow I just received my package today Monday , even thou turn around time was 5-7days.. Thank you so much Rumana and Alcell what excellent service this was , Keep Well
I was extremely impressed with the professional service that provided. From the time of placing an online order for cctv cameras, I was kept up to date on the progress of my order, which I received within 3 days of placing the order. I will definitely be doing more online shopping with Alcell in the future.
