I requested a settlement amount urgently on my existing loan and was told to come into the branch to do so. No explanation was given why. I cant understand why as it is very inconvenient for me to get to the branch and I have excess to email and fax facilities where they can send the info to. I'm not very happy and would like them to accommodate their clients with different needs and circumstances with regards to the mentioned request
