I happened to be 15 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, I called notifying the receptionist and she said it's not a problem. Upon I arrival, Dr. Gaida decided that I had to wait nearly an hour because he has to stick to his committed appointments with clients that came after me. I also asked him to do a thorough check of my teeth and give me an analysis of how everything is looking in general and this was done half as I know that he only looked at what I was pointing out. I happen to be a cash client and so I quickly realised that the patients who were seen before me were medical aid clients because they weren't paying after their consultations. Lesson learnt.
