Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic stocks a wide range of veterinary diets and pet products. As well as offering pet vaccinations, sterilisations, we treat sick pets and offer dentistry for dogs, cats and small mammals.
We are one of the first and only general veterinary practices in South Africa to integrate pain management, acupuncture and physical rehabilitation into our day-to-day services, with one of our Southern Cross vets holding four certificates in these fields. As a team we continue to learn and introduce cutting edge treatments, surgical techniques and services as we seek to give you and your pet the total health care we’d like our own pets to receive. We now offer Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy and laser therapy for pets.
Southern Cross Vets has an In house and Online Shop, a Puppy School, offers Dog Bathing, Senior Health Check Ups and Free New Puppy and New Kitten Check Ups. We offer a postoperative rehabilitation daycare service as well as hiring out collapsible cages if your pet needs rest after surgery. We have nurse clinics for pedicures, stitch removals, bandage changes, weight advice etc Monday to Friday and also on Saturday mornings.
